Banana Vinegar Diet

What is Banana Vinegar Diet ?

Ingredients :




brown sugar





1 bottle of vinegar





Banana



and a Jar

cut banana into small pieces






mix with vinegar and brown sugar in the ratio of 1:1:1.






Put it in the microwave oven for about 40 seconds.










keep the banana vinegar out side for a day and keep in the fridge for about two weeks.

After two weeks,  take 3 tablespoons of the banana vinegar with water aftermeals.
Vinegar helps your digestion and helps you goto ladys room eaily so it wont store in your body.
